\nAttends a molding machine to produce flexible rubber connectors by performing the following
\nduties.
\nEssential Duties And Responsibilities:
\n Removes flexible rubber connector(s) from mold using gloves for heat protection.
\n Places products on workbench located in front of each machine.
\n Inspects product for any defects.
\n Uses a file and/or utility knife to trim away excess rubber.
\n Places a steel band inside rubber connector.
\n Place an identification mark using a marker on the inside of each flexible rubber connector.
\n Stacks finished flexible rubber connectors into a cardboard box.
\n Moves pallet loaded with product to the Assembly Department or warehouse.
\n Completes daily reporting paperwork.
\n Makes minor adjustments to machines as necessary.
\n Troubleshoots to determine cause of problem/defect.
\n Reports machine malfunctions to the Lead Person or Supervisor.
\n Maintains cleanliness of assigned machine(s) and workstation.
\n Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.
