We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign and oversee daily tasks to ensure timely shipping and receiving
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; conduct safety briefings
- Perform inventory cycle counts and audits using WMS
- Train and onboard new hires on equipment, safety, and procedures
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and quality
- Resolve workflow issues and address minor team concerns
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or distribution leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of safety compliance and inventory control
- Experience using WMS and material-handling equipment
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
